We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. You may return your item for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We believe in our products and stand by their quality. If you are not satisfied with your Multi Balm Stick after consistent use, we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee under the following conditions:

  • Applies to first-time purchases only

  • You must provide a written explanation of your experience and why the product did not meet your expectations

  • Requests must be submitted between day 55 and day 60 after delivery

  • Any returned items must be unused or minimally used, in original packaging

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

Standard Returns

You have the right to return any product purchased from Clachic Beauty within 60 days of the delivery date. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at info@clachicbeauty.com. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A detailed reason for the return

  • Any supporting images if applicable

Return Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • A damaged item

  • A wrong variant or incorrect order

  • A defective product

We recommend using a traceable shipping method. Shipping delays due to customs or courier issues are not valid reasons for return.


Return Authorisation

All returns must be authorised before being sent back. Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorisation (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

In some cases, we may not be able to provide a prepaid label. If this applies, you will receive the appropriate return instructions instead.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof. Upon approval, we will either issue a replacement, refund, or voucher, depending on the situation. The return shipping cost will be covered in these cases.


Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition. We only exchange for items of equal value. If the replacement is of higher value, you will be required to pay the price difference. Customers are responsible for return shipping for exchanges.


Non-Returnable Items

All returns must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • No visible signs of damage (unless received damaged)

We reserve the right to deny returns if the product shows signs of use or damage.


Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover inspection, handling, and restocking costs.

Waiver Conditions:

This fee may be waived if:

  • The item was received damaged or defective

  • The wrong item was received and no replacement is available

Requests for waivers will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


Refund Processing

Once your return is approved and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
